We had a blast celebrating Tyson's Birthday. We enjoyed Salsa's for dinner and yummy cake and ice cream for dessert.
Tyson's mom takes the same picture every year. The birthday boy in front of the birthday banner.
We went camping this last weekend, for the first time this summer. We went with six different families. It was a lot of fun. I loved smelling the fresh air and enjoying the scenery. We of course had to have tin foil dinners. Camping just isn't camping without them. I think I have figured out the perfect ratio of meat, carrots, potatoes, onion, and cream of mushroom soup.
GiGi loved being outside for a couple of days.
The smores were also a hit. I could sit by the camp fire for hours. It is totally worth the smelly hair that comes with the territory.
I finally got around to cooking for the first in four months. I decided it was time to make Tyson our favorite German Pancakes for breakfast.
I am now 18 weeks! I can't believe I am almost half way to having our baby girl. I felt her move for the first time this week. I couldn't wipe the smile off of my face. It is one of the neatest things I have ever experienced. It got me so excited for the day I get to hold her for the first time.
We have been getting a few things here and there for the little babe and enjoying every second of it. I can't wait to start working on her nursery.
We just got Tyson's great grandmother's chair reupholstered. It took us forever to finally pick a fabric we liked. Luckily while in Utah we were able to find a great selection. We loved how it turned out.
Now that I have some more energy the house is starting to look clean again, the laundry is washed, and I am getting out of the house more. Tyson and I are enjoying these last few months with just the two of us, three including GiGi. But we cannot wait for the new addition.
