I can't believe the time has come to pack up our first little house. There are so many wonderful memories that have been made inside these walls. There is just something about your first home. Luckily we are just moving down the street. Our house that we are building, won't be done for another couple of months, so we are moving back in with Tyson's parents. I am grateful we have somewhere to go and they are willing to let us back in. It will be an adjustment for me, but I know it will be worth it.
I can't wait to decorate the new house and fill it with new memories. I am looking forward to a yard for Gigi, a laundry room with cabinets, a driveway, and bay windows. It is a little scary waiting for the house colors to come together. We picked a stucco color that has never been used before. Ahhhh!!!! Hopefully we won't be the sore thumb house. You know what I am talking about. My mom and sister are going to come visit once it's done. I don't know what I am more excited about, the house or my family coming to visit.
Life is an adventure and we are thrilled for this next step!

ReplyDeleteIt is hard saying goodbye to your first house. But how exciting to have a new home. We are building right now too and I love being able to choose all the options. Good luck with it all and I cant wait to see pictures.
