According to Instagram, it's #nationaldogday! I couldn't pass up the opportunity to write a little post about our GiGi girl. She's such a doll, that furry goldendoodle of ours. She thinks she's human, begs for food better than any other dog, gets so excited anytime someone comes to door (she thinks everyone is there for her), sleeps in the silliest of positions, loves her doggie treats and toys, is obsessed with going to grandma and grandpa's house, loves peanut butter, yogurt and waffles, lives for going on bike and car rides and truly is the sweetest girl in the world!
I've shared this quote before but it's one of my favorites from one of my all time favorite movies, Marley and Me.
"A dog has no use for fancy cars, big homes, or designer clothes. A water log stick will do just fine. A dog doesn't care if your rich or poor, clever or dull, smart or dumb. Give him your heart and he'll give you his. How many people can you say that about? How many people can make you feel rare and pure and special? How many people can make you feel extraordinary?"
